A customized massage, integrating several techniques to meet your needs. Techniques include Swedish, myofascial, deep tissue, stretching, and trigger point therapies.

CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, non-invasive, hands-on healing modality that focuses on the wave-like rhythmic pulse that goes through the entire body.  This can be used to balance and promote the free flow of energy, and free any restrictions in the connected tissues.

 

REIKI
Reiki is a type of energy healing that utilizes "Universal Life Energy" to harmonize the mind, body and soul. It is great for stress reduction and relaxation and also promotes healing. It is administered by placing hands just off the body or lightly touching the body.

PRENATAL & POSTNATAL MASSAGE
Prenatal massage is for the expectant mother. A massage is customized specifically to the needs of each “mother-to-be” and their changing bodies.

Postnatal massage helps new moms adjust to the physical and emotional demands of caring for a new baby.

ONCOLOGY MASSAGE
This massage uses light pressure and gentle strokes that are designed for people who are dealing with cancer and its treatments. The focus is to enhance comfort for people who are dealing with lowered immune systems, stress from radiation and/or chemotherapy treatments, and from side effects of cancer/treatment such as nausea, anxiety, body aches and fatigue.
